AdvoloTech
Privacy Policy
A short statement of what Advolo collects, what it does not collect, and what it will not do with the information.
Last updated October 4, 2026, version 1.0
01 — Who
Who we are
AdvoloTech operates Advolo, the technology platform described in the Security & Data Policy. Advolo is not an investment adviser and does not take custody of client assets or place trades. This notice is version 1.0 and matches that policy.
02 — What
What we collect and what we do not
We collect the firm-application and firm-setup details listed in the Security & Data Policy: contact details, CRD, office address, compliance contact, and the record of what a person accepted.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, account numbers, or client-account credentials. Client onboarding is not open yet. When it is, we will store fund names a client provides for a recommendation, and we will not ask for an account number or a Social Security number to do that.
03 — How
How we use it
We use the information to review a firm, run public-source diligence checks, place a verification call, operate the recommendation workflow, and keep the audit log. A person approves a firm. The checks do not.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share one firm’s information with another firm.
04 — Vendors
Who else handles it
Vercel hosts the application. Supabase stores the database, sign-in, and files. Resend sends transactional email. Stripe is planned for billing and is not in use. An e-signature provider is planned and is not in use. Details, encryption, and retention periods are in the Security & Data Policy.
